How to use the Connect Event Log

Searching for a device

To search for a device enter its connect device id (not car name) into the search bar and hit enter or the search button. The search may take a second to populate the page

View the full event data

To view the full event data click any row with an event and a popup will appear with all the information sent with that event please read this document for more detailed information about each field.

Filters

To filter data click on the blue filter icon on each column. Filters work by positively matching the word typed in the box, to negate the search type a '!' before the word. Using '*' matches the word or anything after it. Note: filters are not case sensitive

Examples:
2020* - Typing this in a date filter will find all dates that starts with 2020 and everything after it
!Lock - Typing this in the command type filter will find all commands that are not locks
!ignition* - Typing this in the command type filter will find all commands that do not contain ignition Note: This filter is applied by default since ignition is noisy
